One thing vampire children are taught is…
… never run with a wooden stake. From Kovels today:
…a collector paid $14,850 for a c.1800 vampire-killing kit at a Mississippi auction earlier this month. The kit is complete with stakes, mirrors, a gun with silver bullets, crosses, a Bible, holy water and, of course, garlic, all neatly arranged in an American walnut case.
Makes me wonder what else is out there waiting to absorb all my extra income…
Well here’s to hoping I end up like Jay Walker!

I know – it’s fantastic. Too bad I can’t afford to commission the art & pay to have it installed my own personal library.
